Do you ask for a deposit?
It depends on the model and number of bikes.
Opening hours
Winter (Nov–Feb): 10:00–16:00 & 17:00–19:00
Summer (Mar–Oct): 09:30–15:00 & 17:00–20:00
Late return policy
If you exceed the return time by more than 30 minutes, we apply the hourly rate of the rented model. We’re flexible depending on the situation, but always return before closing time.
Helmet included?
Helmet and phone holder are free for online bookings (subject to availability).
Punctures and roadside assistance
Our bikes use anti-puncture systems. Optional €2 reduced-franchise halves assistance cost. Roadside assistance: Valencia city €20; outside city €30 (subject to availability).
Child seat / trailer
Child seat €3 · Trailer €10 full day (on request).
