Releases Valencia In Bike and its guides from any and all liability for any damage or injury that may occur during the tour, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to accidents, falls, exertional injuries, or any other type of incident.

The client is aware of the inherent risks associated with cycling and assumes responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their companions.

The client acknowledges that the bicycles provided by Valencia In Bike were in perfect condition before the start of the tour.

The client agrees to use the bicycles responsibly and safely, following the guide's instructions and traffic safety regulations.

The client is responsible for any damage or loss they may cause to the bicycles during the tour, unless it is proven that the damage was caused by a defect in the bicycle.
